In the 22 years since founding VHR’s technical recruitment consultancy, Danny’s list of business achievements include:

  • Expanding to 12 international offices across London, Manchester, Birmingham, Dublin, Leipzig, Prague, Bologna, Nicosia, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Greensboro.
  • Serving 135 clients across Aviation, Engineering, and Renewables.
  • Turnover now exceeds £40 million, with 92% of business generated from international markets.

Danny’s commitment to diversity and inclusion has fostered a culture where 60% of management roles are held by women. His pioneering solutions, such as the Fixed Price Model and Virtual Design Services, provide clients with cost-effective access to multilingual talent. As a co-founder of the Fair Labour Alliance, Danny also champions ethical recruitment practices worldwide.
