Technical Representative – Final Assembly Line
Technical Representative required to work for a leading Aerospace industry company. This is an excellent opportunity based in Hamburg, Germany to join a prestigious Aerospace company

Job Responsibilities
Represent the airline at Airbus Final Assembly Lines (FAL) and Delivery Centres throughout aircraft production, testing, customer acceptance and delivery.
- Carry out detailed technical inspections of Airbus A320neo aircraft during assembly, pre-delivery, acceptance and handover.
- Identify, record and drive closure of defects, non-conformities, concessions, deviations and workmanship issues with Airbus.
- Review, assess and negotiate production concessions to ensure compliance with contractual, operational, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal approval of concessions with Engineering, CAMO, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain concession and open-item tracking to ensure timely closure prior to aircraft acceptance.
- Monitor aircraft production progress, milestone achievement and overall build quality.
- Coordinate customer inspections, acceptance activities, ground tests and customer acceptance flights.
- Liaise with Airbus, cabin suppliers, BFE providers, modification organisations and third-party vendors to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
- Monitor supplier performance, installation progress and compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements.
- Support resolution of technical issues, delays, warranty items and outstanding actions affecting aircraft delivery.
Review aircraft technical documentation, including:
- Build records
- Modification and retrofit status
- Service Bulletin embodiment
- Cabin configuration
- Technical records
- Weight & Balance documentation
- Delivery documentation
- Concession and deviation records
- Attend production meetings, quality reviews, concession boards and delivery readiness meetings with Airbus.
- Coordinate with Engineering, CAMO, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure aircraft delivery readiness.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Technical experience across multiple FAL sections
- Valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or related aviation discipline.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Airbus A320neo aircraft systems.
- Excellent technical inspection and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of aircraft concessions, deviations and airworthiness requirements.
- Experience managing vendors, suppliers and multiple delivery workstreams.
- Ability to review and challenge OEM and supplier concessions from both operational and maintenance perspectives.
