Job Overview:
As a MCC (Maintenance Control Center) Engineer, you will support the flight crew by offering real-time technical guidance and troubleshooting based on MEL (Minimum Equipment List) interpretations. You will act as the main point of contact between the operations control and maintenance departments, ensuring timely and compliant aircraft recovery and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pilots with MEL dispatch interpretation and technical troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery, including spare parts requests.
  • Monitor deferred defects (MEL/CDL) and ensure rectification within time limits.
  • Investigate repetitive technical issues and liaise with maintenance providers.
  • Secure approved data when existing documentation is insufficient.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Control Centre to adjust maintenance plans.

Requirements:
  • Must hold either EASA Part-66 License (B1 or B2) with type rating on A320 NEO (PW) and/or A330NEO (Trent) OR MCC experience on either of these aircraft types.
  • Additionally, if you hold A350 type rating or experience it would be an advantage
  • Experience in line maintenance or MCC.
  • Valid training in Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and Human Factors.
  • Fluent in English.
