Manager - Planning, Records & Warranty required to work for a leading UAE-based aviation company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance planning strategies across short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts
• Ensure full compliance with CAMO regulations and airworthiness requirements
• Manage aircraft maintenance records, documentation, and tracking systems for hours and cycles
• Supervise warranty processes, claims, and service contracts
• Coordinate heavy maintenance packages and review non-routine cards (NRCs)
• Identify and initiate warranty claim opportunities where applicable
• Optimise resource utilisation and minimise operational disruptions, including AOG events
• Liaise with OEMs and vendors to support maintenance and warranty activities
• Support on-wing inspections and rectifications to strengthen warranty claims
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget
• Lead, manage, and develop the warranty team, providing coaching and performance management
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative working environment

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the aviation industry
• At least 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance planning
• Experience working within an airline environment with a high utilisation, large fleet
• Strong knowledge of CAMO regulations and airworthiness requirements
• Experience managing maintenance records, documentation, and planning systems
• Proven experience in warranty management and claims processing
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working with Airbus A320 aircraft
• Previous experience liaising with OEMs and vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with maintenance planning software and databases
• Knowledge of cost optimisation and resource planning
