Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) M1/M2 –
AME M1/M2 required to work for a leading Private Aviation / Charter Operations company.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) M1/M2, performing various tasks including:

  • Completing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the fleet in accordance with Transport Canada regulations.
  • Conducting repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting of aircraft and components per manufacturer recommendations and company policies.
  • Working within a small team environment to support aircraft operational needs.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid Transport Canada AME M1 or M2 licence.
  • 5–10 years of experience in a corporate or charter aircraft maintenance environment.
  • Experience on at least one of the following aircraft:
    • Challenger 604
    • Challenger 605
    • Cessna Caravan 208 (with Wipaire amphibious gear)
    • Cessna CJ series
    • Falcon 7X
  • Valid Canadian passport.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Must live (or be willing to relocate to live) within 45 minutes of Victoria International Airport.
  • Good working knowledge of CARS.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High professionalism and safety standards.

Desirable Requirements

  • Specific type training on any aircraft in the fleet (strong asset).
  • M1/M2 licence with experience on Caravan or Challenger aircraft (strongly preferred).
  • Experience using CAMP, WinAir, AMS, or similar maintenance management systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness.

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year

Schedule: Full‑time, permanent role
